really don't know what to think... she's 12... her mother payed for $30 for Kazaa Plus... they claim they thought it was payed so not illegal... she's the one from 261 sued swappers who went for a settle...
I wonder what happends next...
and let's not forget about Clean Slate Program - the amnesty offered by RIAA ... now I'm not so sure no one will go for it...
